Girls

I think due to the intense amount of female-fronted outfits getting hyped/press at the moment/over the last 6 months, a lot are now going relatively un-noticed. This is a song called 'Dressed in Dresden' by The Hundred In The Hands, who are playing in London at the Proud Galleries on 16th May. One electro-duo you might have heard of around Christmas are The Golden Filter, who as well as being amazing themselves, have just put out a brilliant remix of pretty-much-ignored Brit singer Polly Scattergood whose debut album has just been released.

It'll be interesting to see who comes out on top in the La Roux vs Little Boots chart war, especially with both their artwork being 'revealed' and them looking like different versions of exactly the same thing, but what I'm really interested in finding out is if anyone is even going to NOTICE Kate Nash releasing a new record? and when she does is she going to have swopped her keyboard for a synth or some brand-new-japanese-sampling-toy... only time will tell.
